I'm splitting time between Pinellas and Palm Beach Cos..
It's panic all over the papers in Palm Beach. Some investors will try to rent. That will make it that much worse. I've seen it before.
I'm seeing a lot of signs out in Pinellas but I don't have the same grip on the market here.
You know the rest. What congress, the FED did to promote this is a pet peeve.
