John Q Public,re:"Let the government default". Virtually
done deal. The only reason it is not in bankruptcy is
because it it "THE government". It can print money, it can
make up numbers, it can legalize things that would otherwise
illegal.
If you think ENRON is worst, you underestimated what goes on
when someone has a blankcheck with the whole country paying
for it.
How long does it take to have a web of corruption,
deception built in an entity (any), 200+ years is a pretty
darn good record to keep it from forming and it's about time
the GOP does the honor. All the ingredient are there,
'money', 'power', you cover my ass, I cover yours, for both
power, money and even lives. The more coverup (lie), the
more needs to be covered up(lie), until something break
inside the web.
This is nothing new. It happens before, it's time to unfold
in USA.

Can't tell if you're serious. A government default would be disastrous.
