That may be. But it doesn't mean we should give over control of vulnerable parts of our economy to other countries.

Bush needs to decide what side of the fence he is on. Are we in a post 911 world or not?

To me it is evidence that he is more loyal to his class (the top 1%) than he is to America's security.
