"BP was like that but you whined about BP" You claimed that oil companies were an example of free market competition. I pointed out that from a realistic view point free competition between oil companies in Denmark was an oxymoron. You claimed that airport officials were arrogant and rude. I pointed out that my experience was different for the most part. As to your comment on the delay, yes I would have preferred to have had an explanation. Since it wasn't forthcoming I didn't believe it was important to ask for it.
