They may be panicking but the houses sure aren't selling.

Funny thing is that none of the FSBO homes are reflected in the NAR data. When the NAR says their data shows a lot more homes on the market, they aren't including the recent FSBO craze. Just wait until THOSE homes start hitting the MLS and NAR databases as the homeowners give up trying to sell by themselves. The situation has deteriorated much more than the NAR realizes.
