It's not about curriculum. No one is trying to tell Yale what it can, and cannot, teach.

It's about providing military recruiters access to the campus and students.

Harvard was founded as a theology school as well. One of the long ago family was one of the founders.

If these schools want to continue to remain private, and rely on absolutely ZERO government money, I see no reason why they would have to have military recruiters on campus. But ZERO government money, for any project of any kind, means just that, ZERO government money.

They do, so long as they are not promulgating against USA laws. What they dont have a right to is FEDERAL MONEY. With that right comes RESPONSABILITY. jdn
