Wouldn't it be nice if we didn't have to wade through 100s of thousands of pages in PDF format to decipher just exactly why we give foreign aid to these countries. and how those funds are distributed and spent? It would also be nice if some of that money were kept here at home to improve the lives of Americans. It's like the tax laws.....you have to have a doctorate in economics to fill out a simple form. The more complicated the better as far as the bureaucrats are concerned.
