You're right. FSBO crazes come at the end of a boom.

Or when someone has to sell but they don't have the equity to pay a realtor (which is probably a little after a boom <g>).

FSBO craze comes when prices are falling, and the FSBOs don't have a clue as to how to sell their homes fast enough to protect their own equity.
