Re: curriculum comment, I was responding to the issue of ROTC on campus, not military recruiting. The Solomon Amendment is about both.

But since you bring up the issue of recruiting -- speaking hypothetically -- if Yale, a private institution, decides to forego federal funding rather than allow military recruitment on campus -- what's the objection?
