07:27 Susquehanna downgrades INTC and TXN to Neutral from Positive Susquehanna downgrades INTC and TXN to Neutral from Positive saying their current belief is that year-over-year cyclical semiconductor growth should peak no later than June, with a steep drop in this metric in 2H06 from peak unit growth. The firm says with a bump in unit prices unlikely to offset declining unit growth, they see a more difficult environment ahead for semiconductor names as 2H06 unfolds. In addition to a weaker cyclical environment, the firm says both INTC and TXN face their own set of challenges over the next 12 months, though admittedly Intel's are more severe.
