Nice article.. I was most interested in the mention of Kirkuk, but I can't tell you why.. ;0) I think this is the policy that needs to be pursued.. Reach out to the tribal chiefs in a manner than we've never done before.. We need to tell them that we're after Zarqawi and his henchmen, and those who have sworn loyalty to Al Qai'da, not Sunnis overall.. And once the presence of Zarqawi is eliminated, US troops can leave. They'll respond to that. And of course, they respond to $$$$$ as well... ;0) Little by little, 3 steps forward, 1 step back... we're making progress. Hawk
