After the TXN release, maybe the Q is a tad gun shy eh?

I am pretty sure that Q has released updates (or earnings) immediately after TI before. They usually have pretty good visibility by now, and that should particularly apply this quarter since a disproportionate share of their earnings comes from royalties. If they dont give an update today (or this week), I would think that the market will get nervous about the quarter.

FWIW, TI commented that wireless was a bit stronger than they had previously expected. Inventories are still below what they are comfortable with but they are trying to build them (which is what the analysts concentrated on). I really dont think that Q will take too much of a hit based on TI.
