Peter, What you advocate is all well and good, but the major problem lies with the average voters in this country. They don't know enough, care enough, and have vere little knowledge of politics, and economics. Far too many of them, feel that if they get what they want in life, that is all that counts and have no thoughts about the future of the nation.All they care about, is their own little corner of society, and to hell with anything, or anyone, else. Without the power of the citizens behind these proposals, they will have no effect, and I fear the the major portion of the citizens could not care less.
