Don, pure spin >lowered the top end of the range to between $3.22 billion to $3.35 billion, from $3.11 billion to $3.38 billion<

It's not the top end of the range, it's the range - period.
And TI, raised the bottom end considerably - a positive.
All in all uncertainty was reduced while moving average expectation up.

Hi Don,

Is it not normal to see a slowing of computer purchases just before Intel offers dual core and Microsoft starts to sell Vista.

I see this as a normal penting up of the market, that could well embrace the new and better?

It would be the high end that would defer the purchase for the new.

Bob
