I'm going to make my decision a little later this week on my financials, will see if today's "perkiness" has any follow though.

8% rates wouldn't choke off our condo market...haven't you heard?....its different this time!-vbg

I'm guessing equities are near-bottom now, as I'm finally getting that queasy quicksand feeling this morning.

Unbelievable. That post marked the intraday bottom.
