Early on, I read the suit against Terayon and concluded it to be convoluted and unlikely to succeed in any significant respect. Perhaps you can't face the fact that the endnotes to Judge Patel's decision not only confirmed my thoughts in its way, but took it further as it declared "Indeed, Cardinal and Payne appear to have participated, if not perpetrated, a fraud of their own on the market." To my knowledge, the August news had never been reported on this thread, making me the first to note here the fact that those you marched with had in fact been under investigation themselves, if not still. All I've got is hard cold evidence that you lied about Terayon in the furtherance of your stated short position. I've quoted you umpteen times, and it always reads the same. Your published report here proves your guilt, because you did in fact lie about Terayon in it. It isn't even a disputed matter, just a matter noted by me and not addressed by you, presumably due to your utter inability to defend yourself. You provide no link at all to back up your claim that there is no investigation still ongoing. Funny that, in any event. Go ahead, back yourself up. Hey, maybe Milberg Weiss and/or successor wasn't indicted, isn't going to be, and maybe there is no longer an ongoing investigation. Has the court said so? Has the SEC said so? Has any official source said so? If so, the thread has nothing but your implied word to show it, thus far. Reading you, one imagines you could post proof of your claim immediately. Please do so...no better place for you to confirm the investigation is over without negative findings for you and/or those you've marched in lockstep with...than here. But wait, we already know that Judge Patel issued negative findings concerning those you marched in lockstep with. Still, I'm ready to assume you have an article at your fingertips which will back you up. I can't find such an article myself to date. Please post it if you've got it. This whole matter has been quite an entertainment for me, and I'm always interested in information regarding it. Sad for you that nothing can change the fact that nobody has successfully defended your lie indicating Terayon sold no DOCSIS products, despite the fact that it was indeed selling DOCSIS products when you falsely published otherwise. What a putz of a crooked dealer you are, IMHO. Just a grade-school level ad hominem artist, with greed and a proven willingness to lie at heart (proven because you failed to even acknowledge what otherwise might be but a forgivable error). You've taunted others rather than defended yourself - so much so - that you come off as possessing a threatening mentality quite similar to that of a common thug.
