Yes, he's up on charges. In spite of what morons like you think, they don't press charges unless they think they can prove he broke the law.

Anybody who doesn't HATE the Democrat domestic enemy is just not paying enough attention...

Bush doesn't hate them. He goes along with them on most policy matters.
