re: India and Pakistan have a very tentative peace. It seems to me that by allowing the Indians to accumulate nuclear material, Bush is trying to provoke trouble between them. Plus he broke the NPT. Along with the Geneva Conventions. Along with dissing NATO. Along with dissing the UN. Bush is smarter than all the Presidents since WWII, with all the incremental progress the world has made. Bush has a short cut... he will just destroy all the institutions that have made the world a better place. Thank God we voted this genius into office.
