You are making no sense. If you are incapable of dealing with the abstraction imposed by simple analogy, I will excuse you from the discussion. Simple bottom line without analogy is, in the vast majority of cases, AIDs is spread by people who choose to behave in a manner they know risks the spread of AIDs. It is largely a preventable disease and the only path to that resolution is by raising the level of personal responsiblity we expect from our brethren. Making excuses about the difficulty people face when confronted with choices is frankly, pathetic. The more you choose to skirt that issue for the sake of the 'feel better about everything by blaming the government, without doing anything to help crowd', the more I will hold you responsible for the consequences to the generations of my grand children's children's children.
