Moral conduct won't work. Because people will have sexual relations. And since the symptoms of aids do not show up for years. And when one person is infected...even in a relationship that was undertaken with good intentions...and then that person then gets married to another person...the disease can be spread.

Or course if you're doin hookers that knock on the door in the middle of the night and offer free sex, like Neil Bush does, then your chances of infection go way up.

Of course it is that simple. Unfortunately people who choose to conduct themselves in such a way prefer to accuse us of thinking sex is immoral, which of course it is not.

It is the favorite ploy of immoral persons to claim we think sex is immoral; it's not, nor have I ever heard a morally decent person suggest that it is. Sorry if that little revelation pops anyone's balloon.
