Not always true. Aids was spread through transfusion of tainted blood supplies too. Hemophiliacs (that's bleeders for the ignorant among us) were especially at risk. I lost a good friend that way. He was a hemophiliac and needed to get to a hospital for any large cut.

So even if your moral and decent...the disease can find you.

Thanks for reinforcing my point. Moralists hide behind your judgements of other people, invoking the wrath of God when it suits them. You are a fine representative of that group.

It is telling when a lot of the moralists groan on about it, then oppose sex education and condom use. Typical moralist hypocrites...
