The language is kind of growing on me.

Here's the key -

When you put it through your handy dandy AltaVista or Google translator, you get 3 words "SCREW THE SHORTS!!"

Short Seller Captured Capital will prevent dilution of the current shareholders' value while protecting those shareholders from naked short-selling.
