You are probabaly right about Israel. I think the US foreign Policy people expect more cooperation between China and India, see this as a counter weight to Russia, the EU, and any Future Islamic coalition, and care most about India being another major power. *********** Interesting about the new supernotes. But I bet Bernacke can out print the North Koreans. *********** Private Military Contractors - CACI (NYSE CAI) does a lot of this. Their web site emphaisized IT, etc. One of Ray Duray's favorites....
