[MU/LEXR] MUnching .... 8:55AM Lexar Media to be acquired by Micron (LEXR) 7.09 : MU announces that they have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire LEXR in a stock-for-stock merger. Under terms of the agreement, each outstanding common share of LEXR will receive 0.5625 shares of MU. MU anticipates issuing shares in exchange for 81.6 mln LEXR shares outstanding. Additional MU shares will be issued upon the exercise of assumed stock options.
