I would not be the least surprised to learn that Rumsfield is telling the truth about Iranian Revolutionary Guards in Iraq. Perhaps that is part of their "harm and Pain". As to the threat of an oil embargo, such a threat would have FAR MORE teeth if Iran possessed Nuclear Bombs to threaten its neigbors. jdn
