Funny how that works. This board was probably absorbed with making money betting against housing years ago. Now that the real money is finally being made we all do it with a yawn. Kind of like hey we knew it all along. I wasn't sure mr market was going along for the ride until this past January when the evidence had become so compelling. Every builder in the red today<g> Congrats to all making money. Might want to look at some of the mortgage insurers. Took positions the other day in RDN and PMI still parabolic..
