More lefty hopes are dashed.

All they live on is hope,

and their hopes keep getting CRUSHED.

Poor lefties.

Delay won 62% of Republicans in his own district. That's terrible for him. Independents and democrats will join in come November. Delay is no longer in a heavily Republican district. He needs 85% of Republicans in November, and they must turn out to vote for him. Very unlikely that will happen. Could be close though. The GOP rightwing loves corrupt politicians, and Delay has a ton of dirty money.
