Delay was only running against fellow Repubs in a primary.
He will lose to the democrat. Just watch in November.

DeLay spent about $1.6 million to win the primary. His opponent spent $300k. But a factor that can't be overlooked is that many Democrats probably voted for DeLay because it is pretty certain that Nick Lampson will clean his clock. Campbell might have beat Lampson in that heavily Republican district...
