read up on Charles Wang jr. and draw parallels to dubya, a pretty common/typical story.

Which is the exact reason the super rich like Gates don't leave their entire inheritance to their kids. The problem is, "cutting your kids out" creates problems too for the kids. Imho Gates' kids are going to grow up bitter and angry at their paltry inheritance. Its a no win situation really.
