In 2001, when Bin Laden killed 3,000 people under Bush's watch, Bush promised that we would track him down 'Dead or Alive'. We are coming up on the 5 year anniversary, and no closer to Bin Laden. At that point, Bush had tons of political capital and backing from many sympathetic countries. He managed to foul that up through arrogance, incompetence, and downright stupidity. He has swelled the ranks of our enemies, and alienated our friends. He has Texas-swaggered his way to weakening our position significantly. Bush is indeed the Worst Ever.
