You deny Bush's quagmire has increased desertion rates and weakened our military? You are a bad liar. Next time put a "gg" or "LOL" after your lies and we'll know you're just being sarcastic or just trying to BS the thread. Recruiting is so difficult now that the military is taking in recruits with criminal records. Great. Why doesn't Bush just install a draft (except for rich kids like his) and get it over with? Jack Murtha stated yesterday that if we were attacked anywhere else in the world we'd have no military option. And forget about Iran. We're so exhausted military we can't even hold onto Iraq, much less do anything about Iran. Sadly, we have come to the point like in 1970 when any man who dies in Iraq is dying for a mistake, not for his country. That's when you know it's time to change course completely. Clinton kept our military strong and well-rested. Bush over-extended them on the wrong mission, lied about it and now refuses to give the troops a break. He's a bad-bad commander in chief, the worst we've ever had.
