<And stay ducked!>> We're getting new counter tops in the kitchen and wife told me to order the Colorado Slate in the matte finish. Went to Lowes and the CS doesn't come in the matte finish so I opted for the sparkle finish. She went nuts about that, screaming and throwing things, not even about why I didn't order the honed finish. I said I'd call Lowes and change it to the honed finish. Got the don't you dare threat, I'd ruined her life so let it be stuff. Slammed out the door. I called Lowes and changed the order and told her when she settled down. Told her an hour later and she called Lowes and changed it back to the sparkle finish, the one she liked in the first place and the easiest to care for. No wonder I want to live in a cabin in the woods alone.
