In fact it is possible Rummy supplied Saddam with WMD, though Rummy denies it. Rummy has been, at times, a corporate arms dealer/lobbyist. He has a special big hard-on for SDI, which so far is a useless HUGE waste of money. However, any such WMD were destroyed in the early 90's. We don't know exactly how, but that is the most reliable report we have. Also, Clinton bombed the hell out of every suspected WMD site in Iraq in 1998, so anything left over may have been obliterated then.
