So by q407 they can produce on a quarterly basis ~20 mil units at Fab 36 + 12.5 (current level) at Fab 30 + (?) at Chartered?

Well......more like 6-7 million in F30 since they will still be at 90nm and everything is likely to be dual core by then. But still......an awful lot of capacity.

Perhaps they were ordered earlier

I doubt it but if the tools are there, I can't see any capacity issues. My guess is there won't be any unless the total market grows more than 15% Y/Y and AMD does much better than anticipated. I doubt either will occur.
