Ah, so we'll have an Emperor system, with the G20 courtiers and friends of Louis XIV [or whoever he was] plundering the rest. I dare say there will be a first among equals, with some more equal than others. It sounds as though you are fixin' to have the equivalent of China's political system running the world. A politburo of the main war-lords. If the G20 says "this is how it is", that's the law of the land, sea, air and spectrum. Not very democratic, but I know people are commonly hypocrites and the cant about exporting freedom and democracy is just that. In freedom and democracy one has habeas corpus, rule of law and no arbitrary imprisonment, for a start. Murder is not casually allowed. Mqurice
