I havent really looked at this issue to make an intelligent comment. I do think our military has been stretched too thin and that the double shift mentality shouldnt be applied to the military. Soldiers shouldnt be corporate worker bee types. They should do their time and then be free of the committment. So i guess what i am saying is that we need a larger army but I dont think the draft leads to effective fp but then again neither has the bush admin. Yes i admit to being conflicted.
