The EPS Contest Fund is nicely in the black, thanks to recent donations (including Joe's last night!). epscontest.com At the current rate of income/expenses we might be able to increase spending a tad. Whether it would be a one-time expense, a slight increase in a recurring expense, or neither (just 'steady as she goes') is up in the air at this point. Those of you that entered, and particularly those that have donated funds, which of the following options would you recommend (preferably just one, although feel free to discuss whatever you wish), and why? (Reply by public/private message as you choose.) 1. Prizes A. Get a broader selection ("EPS Contest", "Intel", "AMD Live!", etc.) B. Improve prize quality (bigger/better logo designs) C. Give out more than 5 prizes per quarter D. Other: ___________ 2. Website/contest functionality A. Give users login/password capability for better security/flexibility B. Add an annual EPS contest w/ entry deadline each April and results each January C. Go with something other than javascript-based pages (php, asp, whatever) D. Other: ___________ 3. Website appearance A. Reduce number of ads on the site B. Totally revamp the site: it sucks! :-) C. Improve the menu system (top, left, otherwise) D. Other: ____________ 4. Don't change anything for a while until we've got more in the bank 5.
