No, there are ~140,000 coalition troops over there doing SOMETHING every day. I want the coalition to make it known to the rest of the world exactly what they are doing. They must believe they are doing something constructive every day - and most of us have no idea what it is. The press can of course criticize/disagree/point out what they think is news, whatever, but the coalition activities should be getting more press as presented by the coalition. Basically, they need a better, larger PR department. If they are doing good things, shove them in front of the rest of the world on a daily basis.

The coalition troops are principally training Iraqis so we can get out of dodge. It's slow, grinding, frustrating work and the capacity of the Iraqi reality to derail this work is huge...largely dismissed by the incompetence of the administration and trivialized by many, you included it seems.

What if they don't, or what if they're wrong?
