American is about the power of the people. Not the few rich special interests. Everyone needs to remember that. Public opinion can force congress to act and if they don't act every congressman who defies the people can be thrown out regardless of fundraising prowess or gerry-mandering. When a president falls to under 40% approval, has failed to do his job and has broken the law, it's time to impeach. Bush broke the FISA laws intentionally and that's enough right there.
