I bet they all were filmed when the local markets were still strong. I do remember one episode of that other show with that tall blonde as narrator. Was in one of the overbuild Houston exhurbs where they couldn't sell it for a profit and turned it into a rental.. That won't work in SoCal Vegas or most of Florida anymore. Well you can delay the inevitable with those 1% option ARM's and make the numbers appear to work<g>
