Thanks for that. Buy all the creature comforts and luxuries the west has... Then buy some gold :O) It's funny here in the West we are much less inclined to stock up on gold... The emerging third world countries where poverty and religion are stronger forces are more inclined to buy gold as safe haven.. As they 'emerge' will they become more like us ... or isn't emerging exactly that process.....

I like gold but I'm gonna enjoy my ski vacation next week a lot more than I do wearing my 10 grand gold watch.. stuck in the safe deposit box :O)

I have a position in a wood-plastics composite company that is positioned to benefit from housing construction in Asia (and India). They are the only WPC manufacturer capable of extruding panel board (to my knowledge) and are working on securing a contract to supply panel board for 50-200,000 houses in the Philippines. I've mentioned it once or twice, the company is JER Envirotech (JER.V). 2006 should be a pivotal year for them...
