I agree. Think it is still a couple of weeks away given the large builders still have a ways to go to break the October lows (almost a given the specialists take out all the stops just under that) and mutual funds have weeks of dumping left to get out of positions before the end of the quarter.

lots of for sale up near me now. Prices still high, but houses are REALLY SITTING.
(its kind of amazing watching this- I am so used to the stock market. Its like watching the dotcom crash in super slomo or something)
