Still, I would like to hear what would you do with Nazi criminals after WWII (you brought it up, not me)

...and I would like to know what you believe we should do we Saddam, you brought that up, not me.

With that said, yes, I believe Stalin had a point when he suggested "we might as well just shoot the bunch". Better than that amateur hanging ceremony those Americans put up, who had "no clue how to do a proper job out of that" as the British official hangman proud of his skills put it. The Nuremberg "war trials" IMO was a farce and so is the current trial of the à priori declared guilty man Saddam.

As for Eichmann, yes, I believe any execution is nothing but state sanctioned murder with the most current law in hand.
Mossad should have killed him where he lived, just like they have done with so many other people. The guy was already proven guilty before he made it to any trial.

They costs of that so called "trial" against a man already doomed could then have been distributed to the needy of his victims or their descendants.
Ooops, forgot that revenge and a bloody one is the message of Thora. "Vengeance is mine said the Lord", right?
