Jim, Those responsible should be recalled, voted out, impeached...or just plain thrown in jail.

Would that include those who have created a political climate of racial taboos? Lot of good "political correctness" has accomplished when recently many high schools in L.A. County have experienced black vs. Latino riots. Same with California prisons; lots of black vs. Latino riots erupted over the past few months, leading to lockdowns.

Of course, too many of those responsible will hide behind "nuanced" logic ...

I lived in LA in the 70's. Traffic was bad they. I can only imagine now.

I can guarantee you that nothing you've experience can prepare you for LA traffic including living there in the 1970s. Rush hours starts at 3 PM and ends around 8 PM. No exaggeration.
