I don't approve of any execution and/or terminal punishment.

But I am not naive and know those Israelis in particular and throw in the media and many others with them, love a good, 5 year (at least) long and bloody old revenge and thus most likely cannot be kept off it.
Just like sex, right?
At least they could be discreet about it, I mean decent people don't copulate on the streets.

Nothing to brag about I would say. That whole Eichmann mission you may be so proud of stinks. Laws of a couple of countries and populations who have never done squat to to hurt Jews or Israel were violated so the state of Israel could stage their own little "fair" trial against a man doomed a long time ago. Truly tasteless.

Which takes us back to the original question about fair trial:
1. Do you believe Eichmann got a fair trial?
2. Or was he indeed de facto sentenced before that "trial"?
Make a choice, you can't have both.

And BTW, I never said Eichmann "deserved" a fair trial. Because I don't believe that was ever an option.

The same was the case in Nuremberg and certainly is the case with Saddam right now.

Nothing but hypocritical shows.
