41 times... lol. I'm sure that is a new record. The worse things are the more times he says it. Good ole junior said he signed the patriot act today because he wanted to protect our civil liberties. I feel so much better now knowing how junior cares about my civil liberties. I'll bet he will use those new uniformed secret service policemen authorized by the patriot act to put those people who want to mess with my civil liberties in his new internment camps. Especially the ones who protest too close to any gathering he designates as one which people shouldn't be doing that at. Which, by the way, is also something the republicans slipped into the new patriot act.
