I just checked the CEF Association.

It looks like about 20% of domestic equity funds sell at a discounts of 12% or greater. About 40% sell at NAV or at a premium. Of course, the NAV of a CEF is calculated from shares which themselves are valued at several times book.

If ICGE is a CEF, let's give it three times book and a premium! $35/share.

I don't know how to value ICGE, but the balance sheet says they made a lot of money last year. If they do it again, they may finally get some respect.
