Well, the EU, Russia, India, and China certainly could try to please us once in a while. I assume by starting with nuclear proliferation, you mean start by 'arresting' nuclear proliferation. I think that is an excellent idea, but I hardly think you can blame Bush for irresponsible behavior of power hungry despots in Iran and North Korea. If they would just get with the program instead of making up phony excuses and blaming it on US sword rattling, they could have power, prosperity, security, and the whole gamut.
