No lie at all, not even a "sort of lie" "Re-enlistment rates" are not "enlistment rates". Saying something about one is not saying much about the other. Also it was not an attempt to imply something false without actually saying it. Re-enlistment rates were relevant to the specific issue. Overall enlistment rates were not. Overall enlistment rates are a problem. I see. Now we are getting closer to the truth. No closer. Both statements where true. My earlier statement was however relevant to the issue I was posting about. Overall enlistment rates are hardly unimportant, but they where not relevant to the specific issue being discussed in my post Message 22227647 or in your earlier post to which I was replying.
