Here you have the case that some "council" (of three I believe) decided to suspend a London mayor appointed by popular and fully democratic vote from his office for a month.
Legally this unprecedented UK peace of action is totally impossible.
Playing the anti semite card against Ken Livingston, who finally acted on repeated attacks on him and his family by Finegold, and then even getting away of it is unheard off.

When I was travelling by car in Italy a few weeks ago, listening to BBC World services on SW radio, I had an opportunity to listen to that very session recorded where his words against Finegold fell. BBC had some very healthy comments to that incl. several events which finally made him to react and shoot back.
In no way did the BBC commentator support the idea that Livingston's comments had any kind of anti semite background.
